The 4th Dimension Photography is one of the original 3 photography firms in the area to venture into the world of real estate photography. In early 2000s Innovia MLS in Western North Carolina decided to implement digital photos and virtual tours within the listings. We saw that as an opportunity to expand our photography business in that direction. Throughout the years the real estate industry expanded tremendously in terms of marketing which, in turn, helped us grow as a reliable and trusted business providing high quality photography services in the area. Since 2018 our company  has been affiliated with LOTSAR Asheville as an Allied Member.

DARINA REDMOND   "I grew up with a camera in my hands. Every trip, every minute in-between studying was devoted to spending time outdoors and capturing the beauty of my surroundings. Nowadays, photographing homes professionally, I always try to capture what impressed me upon seeing the property for the first time. In general, be it a home, a portrait or a wedding, I always look for the specific angle, a detail or emotion that will make your images stand out from the crowd."
Darina is the main photographer/videographer, editor and marketing person for The 4th Dimension Photography.

VINCENT REDMOND    "Growing up I was fascinated with the cinematography of the old black-and-white movies. Throughout the years I found a new passion - drones and their ability to show us a view we can not see from the ground. When I am flying I always try to implement a cinematic approach to the footage I capture. Every home deserves to look like an HGTV property and it is my goal to do just that. Flying drones gives me freedom and  gets my creativity flowing. That way I can create images and video to best showcase my subjects."

The answers to your questions
Do you have a property staging guide?
We do not. In our experience your Real Estate Agent is the main guide when it comes to property staging. They have a specific knowledge of the market and will give you the best advice. We will be more than happy to help with minor cosmetic touch-ups for achieving the optimal look.
Do you do a walk-through before photographing a property?
Absolutely! We perform a thorough walk-through with the agent and/or owner and make sure all features of the property are showcased correctly.
What is the difference between a 360 Walk-Through and a 3D Matterport Tour?
Short Answer: Time
A 360 Tour offers the same 3D walk-through of the interiors and has the ability to do that outside. For us, it also means less time to scan, full control of the output and ... a lot less arrows to deal with.
How do we Book?
If you know you have the listing and are ready to proceed click the "Book Now" button on our front page. It will take you to our calendar which will show you our availability and will allow you to select the desired service at the same time. If you just need to make a tentative reservation, text us and we will do that for you. Please keep in mind that unconfirmed reservations will be cancelled 48 hours prior to the appointment.
What is your rescheduling/cancellation policy?
Reschedules/Cancellations must be done at least 48 hours prior to the shoot. We understand that sometimes special circumstance arise in the last minute and will do our best to accommodate you.
What is your payment policy?
Payments are due on the day services are rendered. If you are not going to be present during the photo-shoot we will send you an online payable invoice.
What is the best way to reach you?
We are always happy to chat and will answer your call unless we are on-site. If we do not pick up the phone, just shoot us a text and we will respond as soon as we can. If you are inquiring about availability, please include property address and what type of service you would need.
